Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MoneyMoves (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Products and Delivery

MoneyMoves sells digital activation keys. All products are delivered electronically and instantly upon successful payment. Keys are displayed in your order history and, for guest purchases, sent to the email address provided at checkout.

3. No Refunds

All sales of digital activation keys are final. Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot verify whether a key has been used, copied, or shared after delivery. Therefore:

• No refunds will be issued once a key has been delivered.
• No exchanges or credits will be provided for delivered keys.
• If you receive a key that does not work, open a ticket in our Discord server within 24 hours of purchase and we will investigate on a case-by-case basis.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are liable for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to exploit, disrupt, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure.
• Resell, redistribute, or publicly share purchased activation keys without authorisation.
• Create multiple accounts to abuse referral programmes, discount codes, or credit systems.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise indicated. We accept payment via Stripe (card) and cryptocurrency. Prices are subject to change without notice. Cryptocurrency payments are subject to exchange rate fluctuations between the time of order and payment confirmation.

7. Credits and Referrals

Store credits and referral rewards are granted at our discretion and may be modified or revoked at any time. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or withdrawn. Abuse of the referral or credit system may result in account termination and forfeiture of all credits.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on MoneyMoves, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is our property or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

MoneyMoves is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
